Bear Drills is a community based, indoor fitness class that aims to help people of all ages and abilities become a healthy and active individual
At Bear Drills, we use a combination of bodyweight and resistance exercises (as well as unconventional fitness equipment like ropes, tyres and sandbags) to create a fun and effective workout without all the shouting and barking.
Please note: Bear Drills is coming to an end, and the last class will be held on Monday 30th October

£8 per hour long session when booking online
£10 per hour when paying on the night
£5 per hour long session for Full Time Students, those aged 60+, Unemployed (JSA), NHS Staff, Blue Light Services, and Serving Members of the Armed Forces.
Every Monday and Wednesday
7:30pm - 8:30pm
