Group Training is, essentially, a group of people doing different exercises together at their own rate of speed, intensity, and ability all whilst being expertly coached.

Group Training gives you the option to have personalised workouts, expert instruction and individual attention at a more affordable rate.

I have trained with Tom for the last 3 years - both through group training and personal training. He is patient, knowledgable and makes working out fun.
