When I started training with Tom, I had injuries to a shoulder and knee. Tom was meticulous in preparing a program for me that addressed both injuries, alongside my desire to get fitter and stronger.

His attention to detail is second to none and I very quickly made progress with all my goals. I am now injury free, which I attribute to Tom’s care, attention and knowledge.

Tom is ever watchful in his support and guidance and makes a huge effort to create variety and interest in his programs. I look forward to his gym sessions and can’t recommend him highly enough.
